*Cancellation Policy*

All bookings are secured by payment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being lost and not eligible for a refund. I’ll always do my best to accommodate genuine emergencies, but repeated short‑notice changes can’t be guaranteed.
