But so do sleep. Stress. Hormones. Brain health. Lifestyle. They're all connected. That realisation transformed the way I work today. I don't just look at food.

I connect the dots between symptoms to understand the bigger picture.
I understand demanding careers, packed diaries, long hours and the pressure of performing at a high level while making it look effortless.

Behind the scenes, I was navigating my own health challenges.

I was diagnosed with PCOS as a teenager and spent years trying to understand my symptoms while building my career.

When I was trying to start a family, I discovered just how powerful nutrition could be. Making changes to the way I ate transformed my health and completely changed the direction of my career.
But my story didn't end there.

Years later, as I moved through my forties, I found myself eating well, exercising and doing all the things that had worked before.

Yet I still didn't feel like myself. That's when I realised something important.

What makes my approach different.

Most women come to me because of one symptom. Poor sleep. Weight gain. Brain fog. Low energy. Bloating. Anxiety. But very rarely is that the whole story.

One of the things clients often tell me is:

"You asked questions nobody else asked."

That's because I'm rarely interested in the symptom on its own. I'm interested in what's driving it. I naturally look for patterns. I connect the dots. I listen carefully to what's being said and what isn't.

Alongside my nutrition training, I've completed advanced training in hormone health, DUTCH hormone testing and Women's Brain Health & Neurobiology.

It's often that combination of knowledge and curiosity that helps us uncover what others have missed.

I Don't Believe Midlife Is the Beginning of the End

I don't believe that. I believe most women have decades of life ahead of them. Careers they still want to build. Trips they still want to take.
Relationships they want to enjoy. Dreams they haven't achieved yet.
My job isn't to help you achieve perfect hormones. It's to help you regain the energy, confidence and resilience to fully participate in the life you still want to live.
