Before retraining in nutrition and hormone health, I spent almost 20 years working in financial services.
I understand demanding careers because I've lived them. I know what it's like to juggle deadlines, long hours, travel, family life and the expectation to keep performing at a high level.
Today I combine that experience with advanced training in nutrition, hormone health, DUTCH testing and Women's Brain Health & Neurobiology to deliver sessions that bridge the gap between health science and workplace performance.
My approach is practical, evidence based and immediately relevant to busy professionals. Rather than overwhelming people with information, I help them understand what's happening in their bodies and what they can realistically do to support their health, energy and resilience.
