This is my most in-depth support: we go deep on the why behind your symptoms, and I'm alongside you the whole way, adjusting as we go so the changes actually stick.

The Hormone and Nutrition Audit

A single, focused session to take stock of where you are right now. We look at what's going on with your nutrition and lifestyle, join the dots on your symptoms, and give you clear, practical direction you can act on straight away. Ideal if you want expert eyes on your situation and a sense of what's really driving how you feel, without committing to the full programme yet.

The DUTCH Test and Nutrition Review

This is where we stop guessing and start seeing. The DUTCH test is full hormone testing: we look at your cortisol, your sex hormones, your neurotransmitters and more, so we can pinpoint exactly what's happening rather than working from assumptions. We pair those results with a full nutrition and lifestyle review and build you a clear plan based on what your body is actually doing. You'll walk away knowing precisely where you are and what to do about it. This gives you the full picture and the plan; if you'd like me alongside you to put it into practice, the 12-week transformation is where we do that together.
