  • supplements

  • fasting

Some of it helped.

But they still don't feel right.

Why treating one symptom at a time isn't working

You wake up at 3am.

So you focus on sleep.

The weight starts creeping on.

So you focus on food.

Your energy crashes.

So you reach for caffeine.

Your mood changes.

So you assume it's your hormones.

The problem is these symptoms rarely exist in isolation.

They're often connected.

And when we treat them separately, it's easy to miss what's really driving them.

That's why so many women feel as though they're constantly chasing symptoms without ever getting to the reason they're happening.
