You don't need another diet. You need answers.
Sleep problems. Weight gain. Low energy. Hormones that seem to have a mind of their own.
Youʼve tried many of the things that should have helped. Yet you're still waking at 3am, struggling with your energy and wondering why you don't feel like yourself anymore.
I help midlife women understand what's really driving their symptoms, so they can stop guessing, make sense of what's happening in their bodies and start feeling like themselves again.
Youʼre not imagining it.
You wake at 3am for no reason. You're eating the way you always did, but the weight is creeping on around your middle. You hit 4pm and wonder how you're going to get through the rest of the day. You wake up with a flat stomach and go to bed looking five months pregnant. You walk into a meeting and lose the word that was on the tip of your tongue. You've cut the carbs, added the steps, tried fasting, started supplements and maybe even HRT.Some of it helped. Some of it didn't. But something still isn't adding up.
I help you understand what's happening in your body and why.
When the reasons behind the changes make sense, the changes themselves become easier to make and far easier to stick with.
Here's what no one tells you. These aren't separate problems. They're often different signs of the same underlying story.Your hormones have quietly changed the way your body responds to food, stress and sleep. Until you understand those changes, it's easy to keep treating symptoms one at a time while the real drivers continue underneath. That's where my approach is different.
I don't just give you a plan to follow.
From the city to your corner.
Before retraining in nutrition and hormone health, I spent nearly 20 years working in financial services.
I understand demanding careers, long hours and the pressure of performing at a high level while making it look effortless. My own health journey, from PCOS and fertility challenges to navigating hormonal change, completely changed the direction of my career.Today I combine nutrition, hormone health, advanced testing and Women's Brain Health & Neurobiology to help women connect the dots between symptoms that often seem unrelated.Because when you understand the bigger picture, you stop guessing and start making confident decisions about your health. Why this matters so much to me.
Perhaps the thing I'm most passionate about is helping women realise that feeling below par isn't something they simply have to accept.Somewhere along the way, many women start believing that poor sleep, weight gain, low energy, brain fog and feeling unlike themselves are simply part of getting older.I don't believe that.I believe most women have far more life ahead of them than behind them.
Careers they still want to build. Adventures they still want to have. Relationships they want to enjoy. Dreams they haven't achieved yet. Yet so many are trying to do all of that while running on empty. They've become so used to putting themselves last that they've stopped expecting to feel good. Because this isn't about perfect hormones. It's about having the energy, confidence and resilience to fully participate in your own life. And it starts with understanding what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

Kate exceeded my expectations.
I have had sessions with nutritional therapists before, however Kate really paid attention and considered my lifestyle in all the recommendation! Much appreciated!!

Kate offered a 360 look at my life.
Kate offered a 360 look at my life including the menopause and HRT but not that exclusively; she looked further and provided the advice and guidance I needed for me. She suggested small lifestyle changes and targeted nutrition advice. Fast forward some months and things have improved.

I cannot recommend Kate enough...
her knowledge on nutrition and diet is second to none and her calm and direct advice is exactly what I need to pull me out of my rut. It also helps that Kate is simply a terrifically kind and empathetic person and quickly made me feel that I had found the support I needed.
